Class Registration & Payment

Registration: Payment is required to secure your spot in class

Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change

Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal and other approved methods

Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via email upon successful registration

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Student Cancellations: Full refund available up to 48 hours before class start time

Instructor Cancellations: Full refund provided if we cancel a class

Low Enrollment: Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment with full refund

Weather/Emergency: Make-up classes or refunds offered for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control

No-Shows: No refund for missed classes without proper cancellation notice

Student Responsibilities

Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled classes

Treat other students, instructors, and facilities with respect

Follow all safety guidelines for art materials and equipment

Notify instructor of any allergies, health concerns, or physical limitations

Clean up your workspace at the end of each class

Follow the code of conduct and studio policies

Studio Policies

Materials: Basic supplies included; specialty materials may require additional fee

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items

Photography: We may take photos for promotional purposes; notify us if you prefer not to be photographed

Artwork: You retain ownership of artwork you create in class

Limitation of Liability

Students participate in classes at their own risk. Cheryl Kelley Fine Art, its instructors, and venue partners are not liable for:

Personal injuries or accidents during classes

Damage to or loss of personal property

Allergic reactions to art materials

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific class.

Intellectual Property

Class Content: Teaching methods, demonstrations, and materials are proprietary

Recording Policy: No recording, photography, or redistribution of class content without written permission

Student Artwork: You own the artwork you create, but we may request permission to display or photograph it

Website Content: All website content is protected by copyright

Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. Unacceptable behavior includes:

Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct

Disruptive behavior that interferes with learning

Use of inappropriate language or behavior

Violation of safety guidelines
